Here at Redbank, the past financial year has seen numerous records broken, which is not only great for the project, but also amazing for our residents and future residents. In the 2020-2021 financial year, the combined revenue from land sales was over $180 million, out of which, over $30 million resulted from resale of blocks and homes within the estate.

After decades of talk and speculation, a new Richmond bridge and bypass will now become a reality following an additional $250 million investment from the Morrison and Berejiklian governments recently, cutting travel times and creating jobs. The preferred route will involve a bypass of North Richmond connecting to a new two-lane bridge north of the existing bridge. A new roadway will bypass Richmond to the south, connecting from Old Kurrajong Road to the Driftway.

As you may have already noticed, the civil construction for the highly anticipated Redbank Village Centre is nearing completion. North Richmond Construction (NRC) is now finalising detailed design elements and getting ready for handover of site to start construction of stage 1.
