It is great to hear some assurance from our local MP Dominic Perottet that the proposed Grose River bridge is gaining momentum. On 3rd January, an article on development in NSW was published in the Hawkesbury Gazette, where he mentioned that the final plans for Pitt Town bypass and the Grose River bridge are underway. Thanks to our engaging community in Redbank and North Richmond for their submissions to Council and the MP’s office on the bridge.

We have now completed construction documentation and landscaping & signage plans for the grand entry road to the estate and are currently seeking the construction certificate. We are expecting to receive the construction certificate in February and plan to start construction in late February to early March. The works will start with building a new roundabout on Grose Vale Road next to the existing sales office. A second phase will then commence around April/May which will extend the road down to the proposed Shopping Village. If everything goes smooth, this work should be completed by the 3rd quarter of 2018.

We have received Development Approvals for 19 park front lots in Yeomans and Yobarnie Rise and hope to get construction certificate within a month. We are targeting the inclusion of these new lots with Yeomans Civil works currently underway, and will be selling these limited edition exclusive lots in the near future. Please contact the sales team on 1300 289 733 if you are interested in further information on these lots.

As you all know, we have moved to a monthly newsletter now. We have been publishing the newsletter mid-month for the last few months. But this month most of the key stakeholders of the development were away till mid-month, including Government and Utility authorities. That is the reason we could not publish a mid-month newsletter in January. From this month onward, our Newsletter will be published towards the end of every month.
