Meet Peter and Michelle

The alluring mountain views and the crisp fresh air, is what got Peter and Michelle Boutros to choose the Ploughman’s precinct in Redbank North Richmond to build their dream home at. The moment Peter and Michelle stepped foot in the Redbank estate, they knew that this was the beginning of their dream lifestyle. Redbank would be able to provide them with not only their desired semi- rural lifestyle, but access to countless restaurants, cafes, shopping center’s and local schools. The lifestyle that Redbank provides is everything they had hoped for and more.
Peter and Michelle were over the hustle and bustle of suburbia. Living in Quakers Hill, they could no longer stand the busy roads, tiny backyard and the lack of recreational activities in the area. After selling their house, they were determined that the semi-rural lifestyle, strong sense of community, adventurous activities and shared outdoor open spaces could only be found in a suburb on the central coast.

The couple were completely unaware of the Redbank estate and it wasn’t until Peter’s parents suggested that they look at the Redbank Display Village, they became aware of truly how remarkable this area is. The day they ventured into the luxury estate to view the masterfully built display homes was when they instantly fell in love with one of the amazing homes and parcels of land Redbank had on offer. Michelle and Peter were impressed at the large block size and found themselves being drawn to the Ploughman’s precinct which offered breathtaking views, close access to all the gorgeous playgrounds, shared outdoor spaces, and dog friendly parks.

The Ploughman’s precinct in Redbank would provide Peter and Michelle with the semi-rural lifestyle that they had always dreamt of, whilst still allowing them to remain in close proximity to Sydney and all of their family and friends.

The couple also loved that choosing Redbank meant that their two fur babies would be accommodated for. Peter and Michelle joke that the reason they chose their Ploughman’s block in Redbank, was because their two dogs gave it the tick of approval. They love Redbank’s dog friendly atmosphere, with generous parklands for their pooches to enjoy.
Before taking the step into their dream life at Redbank, Peter and Michelle both conducted some research on the Redbank and Hawkesbury area. They were astonished by the endless community initiatives and social groups run by Redbank. They would finally be able be a part of a strong community network, which is what they had always longed for. Not only did Redbank seem like their ideal location to call home but they also fell in love with the Hawkesbury, with the stunning landscapes, bushlands, walking tracks and adventurous activities on offer. They loved that Redbank is only minutes from the local swimming area, the beautiful Navua reserves with clear waters, sandy banks, shaded by gum trees and with rope swings for the kids to enjoy, as well as being minutes from a walking track leading you to a breathtaking lookout overlooking the Grose River, and it is only fifteen minutes from the phenomenal glow worm caves at Burralow camping grounds. They knew that the Hawkesbury would be the ideal place to start and raise a family, with endless adventures to be had in their own backyard.

Peter and Michelle, are so excited to start building their dream home on their beautiful large block of land in the Ploughman’s Precinct and they cannot wait to start living their ideal lifestyle in the luxury Redbank estate.
