Meet the Dowlings

Meet Kerry and Phil Dowling, soon to be residents of Yeomans who are building their band new family home on Flannery Street, Redbank North Richmond.

Yeomans soon to be residents Kerry & Phil Dowling with their sons Kyan & Liam

Kerry and Phil lived in Hobartville for 10 years before they decided that they want to move to North Richmond. Kerry grew up in North Richmond and always had an emotional attachment to the area. They first started looking at existing houses in the area, and quickly realised that they would be spending more money on an existing house that didn’t tick all the boxes, than buying a block of land in Redbank to build a brand-new home.

Kerry and Phil put their house on the market and moved with Kerry’s parents in North Richmond while their house is under construction. They love being close to Redbank for the time being so they can still enjoy the new parkland and walking tracks and keep and eye on the build. Kerry and Phil’s house were one of the first in Yeomans to start construction and is well underway now. They are very excited to see the progress and their 2 sons Liam and Kyan are super excited to get their new rooms!
Kerry grew up in the Hawkesbury and always wanted to raise her family here. They love the country feel with all the open spaces, but still having the convenience of staying close to all amenities. “No better place for the kids to grow up”- says Phil.

Both Kerry and Phil are big fans of cricket and the couple met through the sport 17 years ago. Kerry is heavily involved with North Richmond Cricket Club and she currently coaches the under 11 cricket team. Kerry is also involved with The Hawkesbury Show and she coordinates the LEGO section at the show every year.

The family is very excited for all the upcoming parks, walking tracks and cannot wait to enjoy their new lifestyle here at Redbank. A big perk for the family is that they are only a short walk away to the cricket field from their brand-new home as that’s where they spend a lot of time playing, coaching and enjoying cricket.
