Meet the Halls

Meet Louise & James Hall, soon to be residents of the prestigious Belmont precinct in North Richmond. The couple currently live on a five acre property in Kurrajong with their two sons 16 year old Harrison and 9 year old Thomas.

Belmont soon to be residents Louise & James Hall with their sons Harrison & Thomas, and Louise’s mother Pam Simpson

James was born and raised in the Hawkesbury, while Louise grew up in the Hills District. They have been living in their Kurrajong property for over 15 years now. James has always been a very big advocate for the Hawkesbury. He is the proud owner of his Richmond based real estate business Hall & Co. Real Estate, and he is one of the main organisers of the Hawkesbury Show. Being a local real estate agent, James understood the value of their block in Redbank, and did not waste much time in putting the deposit down for their beautiful block in Belmont.

The couple believe that Hawkesbury offers a real sense of community and so does Redbank. “It is like living is a country town, but still having the city at your door step”- Louse said.

When asked about what attracted them to Redbank, they said that the family friendly lifestyle, the open space, parks, bike tracks and the semi rural lifestyle were the main factors behind their decision. Louise and James want to raise their sons in the Hawkesbury, and they think that they could not have picked a better location than the Belmont estate. They are downsizing from an acreage to a 1575 sqM lot, which still gives them plenty of space, but takes the hassle of maintenance away. On top of that, they will have all amenities including town water, sewer and NBN connection while living in a semi rural setting.

Louise’s parents Pam & Jack Simpson have also moved from the Hills district and bought a block in Belmont. Their whole family enjoyed the Bonfire & BBQ night in Belmont and could not be happier to see how well Belmont had shaped up. Louise’s brother was so impressed, that now he is also looking into buying in Belmont. “Having the lifestyle that we always wanted, and having family around us, what more could I have asked for!” – said Louise Hall.

Louise and James are looking forward to registering their lot this year, and they can not wait to start building their dream home in Redbank North Richmond. They are proud to be part of the Redbank Family and looking forward to the next community get together so that they can make more friends and more memories in Redbank.
