Project Update – April 2021

We are extremely excited to announce that civil construction for the highly anticipated Redbank Village Centre has already commenced!

Our civil contractors JK Williams are expected to finish civil works by July 2021, subject to weather conditions, and will hand over the site to our preferred builder North Richmond Construction to commence the construction of the centre.

Our Village Centre will provide convenient food, lifestyle and shopping experiences for our residents and the wider community. Whether you are doing your grocery shopping, pampering yourself or grabbing a coffee, we are providing a space that will service the needs of everyone.

We are also in conversation with a potential Café/Restaurant operator, along with a Grocer/Deli operator who will play a vital role in the future of our master-planned estate. To find out more information about the Village Centre, please check out our website, or contact our community team on

You may have noticed some noise on social media recently about tree removal along Grose Vale Road. These works are part of our Southern Heights works (DA 0498/18) which was endorsed by both Heritage NSW and Hawkesbury City Council after consultation in the Land & Environment Court throughout 2020. Whilst removing approximately 98 existing trees, 10 existing trees have been retained, and we are planting 1,025 new trees which is way more than what is required as part of the development consent. In existing and future stages, 100% of the new plantings in open space areas are natives, with 60% being endemic to the region. Our Environmental and Natural Hazard consultants “Molino Stewart” are onsite full time doing both fauna checking, fauna protection if required and clearance to remove a tree, whilst tree removal is underway.

We are really happy to announce that the highly successful Redbank Display Village has now welcomed one of the most prominent builders in Australia – Metricon Homes. Metricon will be bringing their ever popular “The Vantage” display which will really compliment the rest of the display village. They are hoping to start construction in the coming months. As you may have already noticed, MOMO’s pop-up café has now moved just up the road in a brand-new revamped location to make room for Metricon.

The Redbank Display Village is now open seven days a week and our four builder partners are overwhelmed with the amount of people visiting the gorgeous displays every week. To find out more about the village, click here to visit the Display Village section of our website, or just drop in to check out these amazing house designs. Whether you are looking for your dream home design or inspiration to take home, there’s something for everyone.

Our latest release, Southern Heights, came to market on 20th February 2021. The first stage included only 15 lots which were sold out within an hour and half. Our stage 2 consists of 25 lots including 4 lots along Grose Vale Road, and almost half of those blocks are now sold.

Southern Heights features some of our most elevated land ever released to the market with incredible mountain views and sought-after northerly aspects. With a minimum frontage of 15 metres in this stage, your home design options are endless! This precinct will cater to all buyer types, ranging in size from 485m2 to 860 m2.

Registration for Southern Heights is anticipated to take place in October 2022, subject to final sign off from authorities and weather conditions during civil construction.

All three stages of The Promenade release were sold out in record time. A total of 85 lots were sold in just a few weeks which smashed all sales records in the Redbank estate. Nestled at the heart of the estate and with proximity to the Redbank Village Centre, these amazing blocks were ideal for first time buyers looking to plan ahead.

Registration for The Promenade is anticipated for mid-2022 subject to weather conditions and Council sign off, so you’ve got plenty of time to design your home and plan life here at Redbank North Richmond.

Congratulations to all purchasers in Sandstone Arch on the registration of their blocks. Out of the 25 lots, 24 are now settled, and we would like to welcome you all to the Redbank family. We will be organising a “Meet the Neighbours” day towards the end of May, so please keep your eyes peeled for an email invite in the coming days.

Sandstone Arch is considered one of Redbank’s most beautiful precincts; the vast majority of blocks have uninterrupted views of the rolling mountains and are in close proximity to 85 acres of open space, the Redbank Village Centre, and countless walking trails.

This unique cul-de-sac boasts rural convenience like never before, with breathtaking views of the Mountains, natural surroundings and manicured landscapes. We can not wait to see you all getting into building your dream home in this gorgeous part of the estate.

Builders have been racing against each other to see who delivers the first home in our gorgeous Ploughmans precinct, and now we have a couple of families living here- which is great to see!
Till date almost 15 houses are well underway, while another 12 have been approved by our Design Review Panel, waiting to start construction.

Please note that we have now installed a temporary surveillance camera in Ploughmans to help deter any possible illegal dumping. But we highly recommend you asking your builders to install CCTV cameras on your sites to prevent illegal dumping and possible vandalism.

We would like to congratulate our purchasers who have already started building their dream homes in Belmont East. We are expecting to see more designs coming through to our Design Review Panel.
