Project Update – December 2020

Over the past few months, we have seen several key development milestones across the estate. From event launches to Government visits, the start of construction and the latest land release, there is plenty to catch up on at Redbank North Richmond.

We are very excited to be able to share the first sneak peak of the Café/Restaurant which will become a vital part of our community precinct, The Redbank Village Centre. Our architects ClarkHopkinsClark has gone for a very rustic country theme for the village centre and that will flow through well in the Café/Restaurant section with a fireplace, rustic feature lights, a large TV for the Grand Final, or The State of origin nights and generous seating arrangements that will overlook the water feature.

Our team has commenced the tender process and we are looking forward to receiving the approved construction certificate in the first quarter of the new year. Our civil contractor JK Williams is currently busy with our Sandstone Arch precinct and they will gradually come down the hill to marry up the earthworks of the Village Centre site. We are expecting to start heavy earthworks in the first quarter of 2020 weather permitting.

The Redbank Village Centre will provide convenient food, lifestyle and shopping experiences for our residents and the wider community. Whether you are doing your grocery shopping, pampering yourself or grabbing a coffee, we are providing a space that will service the needs of everyone.

The Redbank Display Village is now open seven days a week and our four builder partners are overwhelmed with the amount of people visiting the gorgeous displays every week. Whether you are looking for your dream home design or inspiration to take home, there’s something for everyone.

In the recent weeks, our sales team have had their hands full with two releases of our Promenade precinct. The 28 parcels of land in the first release sold like hotcakes leaving us no choice but to release 30 more lots as part of release 2. These amazing blocks are nestled in the heart of the estate and are ideal for first time buyers looking to plan ahead. Registration for The Promenade is anticipated for mid-2022 subject to weather conditions and Council sign off, so you’ve got plenty of time to design your home and plan life here at Redbank North Richmond.

The exclusive 25 lots in our Sandstone Arch precinct are becoming the envy of people who have missed out. The vast majority of blocks have uninterrupted views of the rolling mountains and are in close proximity to 85 acres of open space, the Redbank Village Centre, and countless walking trails.
Our civil contractors JK Williams are working in full capacity to deliver this beautiful precinct as per the delivery schedule. All earthworks are now finished, Kerbs and road base were completed at the end of November and the first layer of Bitumen has already been poured.
Our Landscape contractors will commence the streetscape works in January, as soon as everyone is back from the holidays. We are anticipating registration to take place in April 2021 per our schedules, subject to weather conditions and final sign off from authorities.

Our gorgeous Ploughman’s precinct has seen a lot of activity in the recent months with several homes fully under construction. It seems like builders are racing against each other to see who can deliver the first home in this precinct.

As the temporary construction fencing in Ploughman’s is now removed, we highly recommend installing your own temporary construction fencing as soon as you can, to save yourselves from any illegal dumping on your block. Please note that the surveillance cameras in Ploughman’s and Belmont East will be removed soon.

The Yeomans precinct has exceeded our expectations with the quality homes our residents have built as their forever homes. We have seen amazing designs come to reality and the uniqueness of some house designs has really set Yeomans apart as a well sought-after location.
The team at Keyline Property Group has recently done a few resales in Yeomans and all those sales were above the million-dollar mark which clearly shows the quality and merit of these homes.

For Yeomans Release 4 purchasers, now that the security camera is removed from Yobarnie Avenue, we highly recommend that you install temporary construction fencing on your lots to prevent any illegal dumping.

What a fantastic destination Belmont has turned into! Belmont is becoming a small community of its own as more and more families move into their dream homes. If you have moved in recently, please let our dedicated community team know via Facebook or on email. We would love to come and say hello.
We are still noticing some rubbish on and around the work site (construction rubbish, drink cans, food packaging etc.) being left around by builders and their contractors. We work very closely with the Compliance Team at Hawkesbury City Council, and they will be doing regular inspections on the building sites to ensure rubbish is discarded or stowed correctly. Compliance officers will be issuing infringement notices to untidy work sites.
