Project Update – September 2020

The plans for the Redbank Village Centre are coming together nicely with our architects ClarkHopkinsClark finalising all construction documentations and material selections. Our next steps will be to complete the construction certificate process, put out a construction tender, and begin construction. An announcement on the start date for construction will be made in October.
Since the Development Application for The Redbank Village Centre was approved by Hawkesbury City Council, we have been working hard to design a unique offering that will stand out in the area. We feel that everyone will appreciate the hard work that has gone into creating the first section of what will become a vital piece of infrastructure for our masterplanned estate.

Our Shopping Village will provide convenient food, lifestyle and shopping experiences for our residents and the wider community. Whether you’re doing your grocery shopping, pampering yourself or grabbing a coffee, we’re providing a space that will service the needs of everyone.
A café/restaurant forms part of the first stage of construction alongside a children’s playground and a waterfront boardwalk with landscaping around the large water feature, as well as convenient parking.

We are currently taking leasing enquiries for the Redbank Village Centre. To find out more information and submit an enquiry please contact our community team on

Redbank North Richmond is excited to announce the opening of our Display Village on 24th October 2020. We encourage all existing and prospective buyers to come down and take a look at the fantastic houses on show. These designs are approved by Redbank’s Design Review Panel, making them the perfect choice for Redbank living.
The Redbank Display Village is home to seven display homes by our four builder partners. Whether you’re looking for your dream home design or inspiration to take home, there’s something for everyone.

We are also happy to announce that we recently got development approval for 254 blocks which will include the next three future stages of Redbank.

The first of these stages is called The Promenade and we will be releasing 28 blocks on the 24th October, the same day as the Display Village opening.

This release will have blocks ranging in size from 431m2 to 627m2 and starting from $429,500. With blocks to suit all budgets from first home buyers through to family upgraders, The Promenade will provide convenience to your day to day life being only a stone’s throw away from the future Redbank village centre.

For more information about this release please contact the sales office on 1300 BUYRED (1300 289 733).

Sandstone Arch is considered one of Redbank’s most beautiful precincts; the vast majority of blocks have uninterrupted views of the rolling mountains and are in close proximity to 85 acres of open space, the Redbank Village Centre, and countless walking trails.

This unique cul-de-sac boasts rural convenience like never before, with breathtaking views of the Mountains, natural surroundings and manicured landscapes.
This exclusive offering of 25 premium lots ranging in size from approximately 488m2 to 592m2 featuring generous frontages, easy building platforms, and slab-on-ground construction.
This exclusive offering was released to the market on 22nd of August 2020, and we would like to congratulate the purchasers who were able to secure their lots in this beautiful precinct.
Our civil contractors JK Williams have already commenced the earthworks for Sandstone Arch, and we are expecting registration to take place in April 2021, subject to weather conditions and final sign off from authorities.

We have already started to see great plans to come through to our Design Review Panel for approvals. If you have any design related questions or need guidance, please feel free to reach out to our “Design Review” Team on

As the temporary construction fencing in Ploughman’s is now removed, we highly recommend installing your own temporary construction fencing as soon as you can, to save yourselves from any illegal dumping on your block. Please note that the surveillance cameras in Ploughman’s and Belmont East will be removed at the end of October. We hope that by that time you all will have temporary construction fencing on your blocks to prevent yourself from any potential illegal dumping.

Congratulations to all the families who have moved into their brand-new homes in the last few months. If you have just moved in, please let our dedicated community team know via Facebook or on email and we would love to come and say hello and officially welcome you to the Redbank family.

Majority of Yeomans Release 4 purchasers have signed their building contract by now and it is great to see that many homes on Contour Way are now under construction.

Now that the security camera is removed from Yobarnie Avenue, we highly recommend that you install temporary construction fencing on your lots to prevent any illegal dumping.
If you have any design related questions for your homes, please feel free to contact our Design Review Team on

A number of homes in Belmont finished construction in the last few months and this boutique precinct is looking better every day. If you have moved in recently, please let our dedicated community team know via Facebook or on email. We would love to come and say hello.

We are still noticing some rubbish on and around the work site (construction rubbish, drink cans, food packaging etc.) being left around by builders and their contractors. We work very closely with the Compliance Team at Hawkesbury City Council, and they will be doing regular inspections on the building sites to ensure rubbish is discarded or stowed correctly. Compliance officers will be issuing infringement notices to untidy work sites.
