Redbank Communities is spending over $3.3 million in developing one of the largest parks in the project, “Yeomans Park”

Redbank Communities is spending over $3.3 million in developing one of the largest parks in the project, “Yeomans Park”. This park is a significant part of the dedicated 85 acres of parkland in Redbank North Richmond, and we are hoping to have it completed by the end of the year.

Redbank is all about parkland living, and Yeomans park will be the second park built in the estate following it’s predecessor Bel Park in Belmont delivered early this year. Upon completion, Yeomans Park will have three water features, over 4kms of concrete footpath, 140m2 of designer sandstone feature walls, a 12m long jetty, 2 beautifully designed timber boardwalks, almost 1km of stained hardwood timber fences, sandstone log stepping stone section representing the heritage pansy train line, children’s play area, exercise equipment and multiple picnic shelters. To round these all up, our contractors have laid almost 25,000m2 turf, and planted over 320 native trees along with more than 20,000 plants and shrubs of different varieties in this park.
