Redbank Communities has engaged civil contractor J.K. Williams along with subcontractor Jonishan to complete the delivery of Sydney Water approved sewer extension works through Peel Park in North Richmond.

The initial action is to shift the northern boundary of the dog park to the south by about 5 to 10 meters using temporary fencing. A new fence will be established in the original position after works are completed. We will also be taking up an area of the bike/BMX track and will undertake maintenance to the tracks.

Works on this sewer extension within Peel Park will start early April 2018 and are expected to be completed by end of May 2018, weather permitting. We apologise for causing any temporary inconveniences to park users and dog owners.

Just a reminder, that the final layer of asphalt is scheduled for the 10th, 11th & 12th April. This work will be done in three sections over three days. It will start with Jamison Crescent on day one, then Townsend Road & Arthur Phillip Drive on day two and will finish off with Stapylton Street on day three. JK Williams is notifying each resident through a letter box drop at least one week prior to the start of works. Please make sure that cars are not parked on the street on those days and please keep children and pets away from the work area to ensure their safety.
