We have just lodged development applications for a new stage called Ploughmans, which will contain 47 residential lots adjacent to the Redbank Creek. These plans can be viewed on the Hawkesbury City Council website.

Sydney Water has given their feedback on the final survey that was conducted last week. Our team is in ongoing consultation with Sydney Water to make progress on Stage 3. Soil core sampling also yielded positive results and there has not been any concern from the surveying team.
