The year of surprises continues at Redbank with the masterplanned community experiencing its most active winter period since establishment in October 2014. Since the height of COVID-19, little did we know just how popular our beautiful part of the Hawkesbury would be, with record amounts of new enquiry and sales occurring over the past three months.
Development Manager Jock Douglas said the recent activity across Redbank has seen buyers drawn in from all corners of Sydney, looking for an escape and taking advantage of more flexible work conditions.
“Buyers can now head to the fringe locations around Sydney without trading in city life or jobs completely, thanks to flexibility and the chance to work remotely,” Mr Douglas said.
“We have sold over 50 blocks in recent weeks from people who live in all parts of Sydney and the interest and excitement in upcoming new land releases in Redbank is extraordinary.”
The fanatic pace is set to continue into the end of the year with many significant milestones to take place in the months ahead. October is building to be a huge month with the new builder’s Display Village opening, a new release called “The Promenade” launching to market and the start of construction of the new Redbank Shopping Village.
Mr Douglas added “While it has been a rough year in many regards, I have never been more optimistic about Redbank’s future. With so many exiting new projects about to begin, the future looks bright in the years ahead” he said.

Redbank always strives to create a place to retreat to the simpler things in life, where people know their neighbours, make new memories, and feel like they belong. With parks, bike paths and walking trails and just two kilometers from the stunning Hawkesbury River and at the foothills of the Blue Mountains, Redbank has become a vibrant community on nature’s doorstep.

The plans for the Redbank Village Centre are coming together nicely with our architects ClarkHopkinsClark finalising all construction documentations and material selections. Our next steps will be to complete the construction certificate process, put out a construction tender, and begin construction. An announcement on the start date for construction will be made in October. Since the Development Application for The Redbank Village Centre was approved by Hawkesbury City Council, we have been working hard to design a unique offering that will stand out in the area. We feel that everyone will appreciate the hard work that has gone into creating the first section of what will become a vital piece of infrastructure for our masterplanned estate.
