We’re Creating a Very Special Community

Our Referral Program

Earn a cash reward for you and your friends or family, and your favourite charity. Refer friends and family to Redbank North Richmond.

Redbank is a thriving and connected community that celebrates local heritage, our growing neighbourhood and our shared future. We love our values and want to attract more like-minded families to our community.

By recommending a friend or family member to Redbank, you’re helping us grow the community that we all love being a part of. You are a valued member of the Redbank family and we would like to show you our appreciation.

If your referral of a friend or loved one results in the sale of a block of land here at Redbank, we will reward you with $500, reward the person you referred with another $500, and reward a charity of your choice with a further $500.

Collecting Your Reward

If you have referred a friend or a family member, please make sure they mention your name to our sales team and, once their sale is unconditional, make sure to collect your reward. You can use your reward money any way you like! Whether it’s a family lunch, a celebratory drink or a local shopping spree – it’s yours to treat yourself and your family to something special.

Pam and Jack Simpson

Earlier this year, when our DA was approved, we decided to host a happy hour on our block to celebrate. One of the couples that came was so impressed with the Belmont estate, that they went out and purchased a block in the Belmont precinct!

The charity that we have nominated is Motor Neurone Research Australia. A charity that is very close to our hearts.

We can’t wait to live at Redbank North Richmond with our family and friends.
